The State Bank of India, biggest public sector bank invites applications for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support an sales) in clerical carde. SBI advertised 7680 regular vacancies and 1444 as backlog vacancies. Backlog vacancies are meant for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Of the total regular vacancies 1718 are for Maharashtra, 1410 are for Tamil Nadu, 1100 for Oisha, 760 for Karnataka and 555 for West Bengal. Of the total backlog vacancies 305 are for Gujarat, 281 for Maharashtra and for Madhya Pradesh.
Among the total of 7680 regular vacancies 760 posts are reserved for EWS (Economic Weaker Section of Hindu upper caste people), 1716 for OBC, 1114 for SC and 837 for ST category candidates. Meanwhile, 1080 seats are reserved for persons with benchmark disability.
Application forms can be filled by 31 August 2026 through online medium.
Essential academic qualification is graduation from a recognize university an the candidates who are in the final semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they have to produce proof of having passed graduation on or before 31 December 2026.
Age of the candidate should not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01 April 2026. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02 April 1998 and not later than 01 April 2006. There is a relaxation in the upper age limit for 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, 13 years and 15 years for the candidates on OBC, S/ST, PwBd (Gen/EWS), PwBd (OBC), PwBd (SC/ST) respectively.
