The School of Emerging Media and Creator Economy (SEMCE) at K.R. Mangalam University will organize the second edition of its flagship event, Connect 360 International Conference 2026, from April 22 to 24, 2026. Building on the success of Connect 360 (2025), the 2026 edition is themed “Sustainability and Innovation Incorporating Indian Knowledge System” and is being held in collaboration with Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, and Bennett University, Greater Noida.
Three-Day Interdisciplinary Format
The conference will follow a unique interdisciplinary approach across three campuses:
Day 1, April 22 at K.R. Mangalam University: Media & Communication
Day 2, April 23 at Jamia Hamdard: Sustainability & Indian Knowledge Systems
Day 3, April 24 at Bennett University: Design, Craft & Creative Industries
The event aims to bring together scholars, researchers, industry practitioners, and students to explore the intersection of Indian Knowledge Systems with sustainability, innovation, media, and the evolving creator economy.
Key Themes & Research Focus
Connect 360 invites original research papers on sub-themes including AI in digital media, platform communication & audience studies, design interfaces & storytelling, digital creator ecosystem & media sociology, media management & creator entrepreneurship, and media policy, ethics & regulation. The conference encourages collaborative research across journalism, design, and management to address emerging challenges in media and communication.
Publication & Academic Output
Selected high-quality papers will be published in Scopus-indexed journals, while all accepted papers will feature in an ISBN-bound conference proceeding with MOU partner Self Guided Publication. Each accepted paper will receive a Certificate of Publication alongside participation certification.
