Dharamshala: The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) has announced an extension for the admission deadline for its Online Learning (OL) Post Graduate programmes. Prospective students can now apply until March 30, 2026.
The extension provides a significant opportunity for professionals and students seeking to upskill through the university’s UGC-DEB entitled online programmes. CUHP, which holds a NAAC A+ accreditation, is offering these courses as part of its mission to ensure inclusive access and equity in higher education, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

CDOE Admission Requirements:
Applicants must have a valid ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits) and DEBID before completing their registration.
Application Portal: Interested candidates must register and log in via the official Samarth portal at cuhimachalcdoeadm.samarth.edu.in.
Extension Date: The last date to submit online applications has been moved to March 30, 2026.
In a statement regarding the CDOE’s initiatives, Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sat Prakash Bansal emphasized that online learning is a vital tool for the youth to “skill, reskill, and up-skill” in today’s fast-paced world. The university continues to focus on reaching the “unreached” by providing high-quality, flexible education options, he added.
