The Department of Design at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) has officially announced the launch of the International Conference on Design and Innovation Studies (INDIS 2026). INDIS 2026 is set to bring together a diverse group of researchers, practitioners, educators, policymakers, and industry leaders. The conference’s core mission is to explore sustainable, inclusive, and technologically mediated futures through the lens of design.
The conference will also co-host Asia Design Week. This collaboration will transform the event into a massive global platform featuring exhibitions, cultural exchanges, and cross-border collaborations within the creative industries.
